The whole world of diplomacy can b mapped on d game of chess .u can put urself as king (by king i mean the person responsible 4r executing and achieving ) and d ppl arround u as d supporting entities .Time ensures the continuity of the game (as with time the whole configuration shall keep changing ).with time role of entities shall change .ppl stronger in ur configuer shall get weaker and vice-versa.

It is not at all bad to think of diplomacy and tactfulness as long as ur working for the community and ur intentins r to achieve growth or to fight injustice or incompetency at the other side.
